More Mardi Gras Fun
While Loren was out of town up to Illinois for 5 days the kids and I went with some friends to a small Mardi Gras Parade. There were lots of people and lots of drinking on the floats and not a whole lot of beads this year. At least we got some exercise walking from and to our car

Bummer that the parade wasn't all you had hoped. The kids looked like they had fun. I am hoping our kids will forgive us soon for not going to any parades at all this year. There is always next year. We have gone to one in Hammond that Elli took us to. It is a really family parade. Maybe try that one with us next year!
